PROJECTS IN CALIFORNIA

Cascades Golf Course, LLC and Silver Oaks, LLC, both
California Limited Liability Companies (90% owned by
Royal-Clark), formed to develop Cascades Business Park
and Cascades Golf Course
- a
300-acre Master Planned Development in North San
Fernando Valley, Los Angeles. Over 3 million square
feet of net usable industrial property, and an
18-hole, par 71, championship golf course.
Frito-Lay, Inc. purchased 8.4 acres in Cascades
Business Park for their 70,000 sq. ft. Distribution
Center, which opened in May 1997. M.S. Aerospace
purchased a 2.4 acre parcel for their 35,000 square
foot building. Other buildings were built for Sears
and LA County, and are operated on a long-term
rental basis. Remaining lots were sold.
Canyon
Breeze
- a
138-unit mobile home park located in the City of
Santa Clarita, California. A Gentry, Maxey,
Royal-Clark partnership. Under re-development to
include a community shopping center.
Canyon
Country Storage
- a
10-acre self-storage facility recently opened for
business, has been sold.
Roripaugh Ranch
- a
2400-unit, single-family, master planned community
located on 800 acres in Temecula, California. This
is a Gentry/Royal-Clark Development (GRC) project.
