80,000+ sq. ft. industrial development comprising of
two (2) masonry tilt-up buildings; currently being
leased within the Harmon Field Industrial area. This
project was developed by Mahua-Hua-Baba partnership
with Glenn Kaya and Royal-Clark Development Co., as
general partners. Maeda Construction of Japan
constructed the facility and provided construction
financing.
